05/28/20: Board to re-evaluate Fate of 2020 Season on June 25
The Brattleboro Little League Board of Directors decided to hold off on any final decisions about the 2020 season until June 25. There is hope that we could have a season that begins in July or even August. The Board will continue to monitor the ongoing health situation and its implications on any potential games at our field this year.
05/16/20: Governor Extends State of Emergency - No playing until at least June 15
Governor Phil Scott extended Vermont’s State of Emergency until at least June 15 due to the continuing COVID19 crisis. For our league (and all organized sports), this means that no practicing or playing can happen until after that date. The Brattleboro Little League Board of Directors will continue to follow the Governor’s press conferences which are aired on YouTube every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We are keeping hope alive for a Summer/Fall season and we hope to have a more definite start date in the coming weeks. In the meantime, stay healthy and strong and keep your players in shape. 2020 has been a most challenging year but if there can be any baseball, you’ll find it at the Brattleboro Little League Field.
04/30/20: 2020 International and Regional Tournaments cancelled
